    Best Workplaces for Commuters is now taking applications for the 2023 List.   Applications will be accepted from June 1, 2022 to November 30, 2022 for the 2023 List. 

    Current members may view their profile to verify their membership expiration date by selecting the green person icon in the top right of the website, selecting "View Profile" and look for "Renewal due on" date.  If your membership will expire in 2022, please make any changes to your profile (select the Edit Profile button), then when you are ready to submit for review, select the "Renew to <renewal date>" button.

    We had a special Opening Day webinar to celebrate the occasion and give some basic info about how to join BWC and all the benefits of becoming a member.  Check out the short, 30-minute video.

    "Vanpooling is carpooling’s dressed-up, corporate cousin. Co-workers rent a van from a company like Enterprise, usually in partnership with their employer and a local transit agency. Riders split the cost, sometimes while getting a subsidy — in this case, the VA covers the whole bill."

    May 20, 2022 is National Bike to Work Day. Some of the benefits of commuting to work by bicycle include:

    1. Save fuel & money

    2. Physical activity

    3. Smaller carbon footprint

    4. No need to find a parking space

    5. It’s fun!

    The individual associate category is new in 2022. This category represents individuals whose organization does not currently meet the National Standard of Excellence for commuting benefits, but would like to access many of the benefits a full Best Workplace for Commuters member receives, such as access to e-newsletter, webinars, and tools.  Learn more...

    The BWC website now has a members-only chat.  Share your thoughts, ideas and questions about transportation and commuter benefits with other BWC members.  Get to know other members and what they offer their employees, how their programs work and best practices.  You will find the Chat feature under the Members Only tab on the website.  If you don't see the Members Only tab, be sure to log in to get all the great members-only features.
