The 10-week, TDM Professional Learning Series is designed for TDM professionals at all stages of their career. The weekly online, 1-hour classes include topics such as:
- Understand your Market via Formative Research, including Journey Mapping
- Including TDM into Land Development
- TROs and Transit Benefits Ordinances
- Employer Benefits and QTFB
- TDM and New Technologies
Learning Objectives
Participants will receive an introduction to formative research and journey mapping to develop a deeper understanding of the customers they serve. Participants will learn how to apply the IRS tax code and planning and regulatory instruments to accelerate TDM implementation, and discover exciting new technologies that can advance TDM. Receive a Credly Badge to demontrate your completion of this course.
