New BWC Category Residential Site |

|
A Residential Site is a designation for multi-family residential development. This could be an apartment complex, condominium or a master-planned community that offers great commuter benefits for their residents. Use the same online application process. Many of the questions are the same as an employer application, but with a few customized questions that apply specifically to a residential site, such as enhanced access to transit, rideshare pickup/dropoff location, wayfinding and consolidated deliveries. |

On April 23-25, 2025, Center for Urban Transportation Research hosted the 2025 Florida Commuter Transportation Summit in Orlando, Florida. During the Summit, Florida BWC members and partners were recognized for their outstanding benefits offered. |
