Your application will be reviewed within two weeks of submission. You may check your membership status on the View Profile page. Once your application is approved, you may pay using our secure, online payment system. Note: "Bundle" below refers to an organization. Payment is not required until your application is approved.

Applications for the 2025 List will be accepted June 3, 2024 - November 30, 2024.

Employer - $275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Non-Florida Employers. A discounted rate is available for employers working with a BWC Partner, located at a Best Site, or for purchasing a 2-year membership.

Best Site - $275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Best Site is a designation for multi-employer developments such as commercial and retail developers, shopping malls, and business campuses. Non-Florida Best Sites. A discount rate is available for Best Sites working with a BWC Partner or receive additional savings for paying for a 2-year membership.

Residential Site - $275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments A Residential Site is a designation for multi-family residential development. A discount rate is available for Residential Sites working with a BWC Partner or receive additional savings for paying for a 2-year membership.

University/College - $275.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Non-Florida University or College. A discounted rate is available for universities working with a BWC Partner, or receive a 10% discount for purchasing a 2-year membership.

Florida Employer - Free Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 2 years, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Florida Employer membership fee is sponsored by the Florida DOT. Membership is renewed every 2 years.

Florida Best Site - Free Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 2 years, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Best Site is a designation for multi-employer developments such as commercial and retail developers, shopping malls, and business campuses. Florida memberships are sponsored by the Florida DOT. Memberships are renewed every 2 years.

Florida University/College - Free Bundle (up to 3 members) Subscription period: 2 years, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Florida University or College. Membership is sponsored by the Florida DOT. Membership is renewed every 2 years.

Individual Associate - $125.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Individual BWC members receive all the benefits of membership, such as access to webinars, resources and tools, but are not recognized on the published List.

Partner - Free Bundle (up to 5 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments A BWC Partner actively encourages and assists employers, universities and Best Sites to pursue a membership with Best Workplaces for Commuters. To maintain Partner level, each Partner must refer or enroll 5 members per year.

Membership Agreement

For Employers, by submitting our BWC application, we agree to the following conditions:

We have a central point of contact in charge of commuter benefits and will notify Best Workplaces for Commuters when this contact changes.
We keep information on commuter benefits online.
We actively promote our commuter benefits to employees.
We agree to look for opportunities to use the Best Workplaces for Commuters name and logo to promote our designation (e.g., websites, press releases, job ads, newsletters, annual reports, etc.)
If our application is approved, we agree to pay the annual membership fee or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee. Note: The membership fee for Florida organizations is sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation.

For Universities and Colleges, by submitting our BWC application, we agree to the following conditions:

We have a central point of contact in charge of commuter benefits and will notify Best Workplaces for Commuters when this contact changes.
We keep information on commuter benefits online and actively promote our commuter benefits to students, faculty and staff.
We agree to look for opportunities to use the Best Workplaces for Commuters name and logo to promote our designation (e.g., websites, press releases, job ads, newsletters, annual reports, etc.).
If our application is approved, we agree to pay the annual membership fee or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee. Note: The membership fee for Florida organizations is sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation.

For Best Sites, by submitting our BWC application, we agree to the following conditions:

We agree to have a property transportation coordinator responsible for overseeing the implementation of commuter benefits,
We will promote our site as a Best Site for Commuters,
We will actively promote the commuter benefits programs or workers or residents at our site,
We will pay the annual membership fee as required or a BWC partner has agreed to pay for our membership fee. Note: The membership fee for Florida organizations is sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation.
