The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) continues its ambitious agency-wide Telework Program.

In April 2021, Part 1 webinar participants learned about the worker-centered framework for this program.

On November 1, 2022, this follow-up webinar explored how WSDOT is resolving thorny issues arising from manager/employee remote interaction, technology support, facilities management and more.

View the conversation with a panel of core WSDOT representatives who are steering WSDOT’s Telework Program toward long-term success.
